180-Day Data Retention Window: To support our passwordless customer report retrieval service, strategy report documents and customer targeting inputs are retained in active cloud storage for exactly one hundred eighty (180) calendar days following order generation. During this 180-day retention period, customers may request re-dispatch of their purchased report using their unique cryptographic report retrieval code (maximum of 5 retrievals).

Automated Lifecycle Purge: Upon the expiration of the 180-day retention window, report documents and associated manuscript targeting notes are automatically and permanently purged from our active cloud storage buckets. Basic transactional accounting records (e.g. order IDs, payment timestamps, tax amounts) are retained separately as required by federal and state legal, financial, and tax compliance obligations.

Cryptographic Access Tokens: Report retrieval codes are generated using 144 bits of cryptographic entropy and constant-time validation algorithms to prevent unauthorized enumeration. Reports are never delivered to unverified third parties; re-dispatched reports are transmitted exclusively to the verified customer email address of record.

6. Your Rights & Choices

Depending on your jurisdiction (including rights under GDPR and CCPA/CPRA where applicable), you have the right to:
