Overview
Items returned to Samak Press must be returned within 15 days from date of purchase to qualify for a full or partial refund and within 30 days from date of purchase to qualify for an exchange. If your return falls outside the designated 15-day or 30-day windows, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your returned item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. The item must also be in the original packaging.
Multiple items and services offered through Samak Press are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
These include the following:
- eBooks
- Editing services
- Writing services
- Gift Certificates
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase for any item being returned. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Full or partial refunds will not be granted under the following conditions:
- Physical books or other merchandise are returned with obvious signs of use
- Any returned item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item returned more than 15 days after the date of purchase
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we’ve received your returned item. We will also notify you of approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a specified timeframe.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may require extra time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are not eligible for refunds.
We only replace defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and mail your item to: 1895 E. Mirror Lake Highway, Kamas, UT 84036.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, delivery times for your exchanged product may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
